  This firm was referred to me by my Broker whom saw I was struggling with a Chase short sale for over a year. The Sokol firm assigned me Shaina Rios. She is a PowerHouse! She put this in closing status for May 10 less than 2 months after given this file. She is amazing, professional, courteous and kept all sides of the party informed every step of the way.   I just closed on the Short Sale of my home and I was so happy with how it was all handled. From my initial conversation with Mr. Bill Sokol, through the months of paperwork and correspondence with Ms.Amber Shaw, Short Sale Manager at the Sokol Firm, they made a very emotionally difficult event so very and stress free. I cannot thank Ms. Shaw enough for all the patience and time she put in on my behalf.
  I highly recommend the Sokol Firm if you are looking at foreclosure of you home, a short sale can be an much better alternative. I'm very thankful I did.
