  We got their menu in the mail. We ordered delivery from them twice. The food was decent. The third time we ordered delivery they took the order and charged our card. Over an hour later they called and said we were outside their delivery area and we would have to pick up the food ourselves. We asked why they delivered to us twice before and the woman said she was the owner and she wasn't sure why but we were too far away for them to deliver. She was rude and said that they already made our food and charged our card but we were too far for them to deliver, so the food was available for pickup and she hung up on us. We are at most 10 minutes away. I totally get having a delivery area, but they should have told us that before making our food and charging our card. Or the other two times we ordered delivery from them. The situation was handled terribly.
