  Few people could give us such gracious words of encouragement along the way: let me tell you that people like you come along very seldom in life. When I went to your website and typed in our story about the incident I honestly did not expect a phone call within seconds of hitting the send button. After speaking to you very late that evening I personally felt that you were actually listening to each word I had typed and your response noted was literally only a few seconds later.
  
  Our family appreciated your unfailing attention to detail. There were last minute snags, we seldom worried that something would fall through the cracks, but you anticipated every contingency. Your firm demonstrated a veracity for the truth, a strong work ethic and overall impeccable character in dealing with our case.
