  This was the first bridal salon I made an appointment for, having heard good things from others. I found a dress I liked, but was interested in having a custom jacket made for it. I was told that the salon would research some options online and recommended that I set up an appointment with the seamstress. I followed up on Monday and received an apology and promise that I would be called the next day. This was almost two weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. I've since found my dress at another salon, but was pretty disappointed in Jay West's lack of follow up.
